User reasearch studies
Understanding and prioritising user needs are my core focus for creating functional and delightful designs.
In addition to hands-on design work, I strategically plan and lead large user research projects, leveraging data-driven insights to shape design decisions. I reported those insights directly to the senior leadership team.
These studies include:
- qualitative and quantitative research
- product NPS (and other) surveys
- user testing
