TELL ME

In the distant future, communication transcends voice and face-to-face dialogue. We present a communication device that allows domestic objects to transmit sound and mood.

Tell Me is a series of wifi-connected musical boxes that allow people to communicate their mood by playing any conductive object in their house. By playing with these objects, people can converse and connect across space and time, opening up opportunities for new dialogue patterns.

Conductive objects are linked to the device, creating capacitive sensors that play music samples when touched. These sounds are then transmitted from one box to another via wifi. You can also choose the mood of the music samples by touching the three white buttons on the top of the boxes.
